CousCous Upma

Couscous Upma

We were in a hurry to visit DC cherry blossom and it was a sudden decision. I hardly had 1/2 am hour to make BF so I had to make BF asap and first thing come to my mind when I have no time for cooking is upma. I had no rava in my pantry then but there was couscous. So I decided to make upma since couscous was a kind of pasta made with semolina..
Its a regular upma recipe with wheat couscous instead of rava. Kids loved it.
