Crab Masala

Crab Masala

Whenever we go to DC we stop by the fish market and my Husband always wanted crabs from there. I have bought it several times but not always as it is a time consuming to clean and then cook.
DC fish market have good crabs so last week we bought a dozen, it is lil pricy there but the quality is good.
What we get there is blue crabs and it turns to orange color when boiled. So the first step is to boil a big pot of water, then add the whole crabs into it. When the crab shells turn to orange color turn of the heat and drain out the water.
I forgot to take the pic of crab before boiling. I Will update it next time when I buy.
