Wheat Dosa

Wheat Dosa







"Wheat Dosa" my kids favorite. They love Dosa in any form. When they ask for Dosa and when I don't have the regular batter I  make this. Also when I am lazy to make chapathi  I go for this since it goes well with curies as well as coconut chutney. Sometime I grate carrot to the wheat batter to make it nutritious for kids.

Wheat Flour   -1cup
salt 
water

Add enough water to make very loose batter .Heat thawa on low flame. If the thawa is too hot the batter will roll on to the spoon.
When the sides starts to separate and bubble starts to form sprinkle some oil and flip it over.
It is done when the it has brown spots.
